A 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package saves space on a board.For telecommunications equipment packing, the Tube method is used.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.An 1-circuit makes up this telecom IC .When 3.13V~5.25V is supplied wtelecom IC's efficiencyh power, efficiency can be improved.Reliable performance can be offered when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~85°C.In Surface Mount's direction, telecom switching is mounted.The telecom interface contains 16 pins.In addition to telecom switching's base part number SI3201, it can be used to find other related parts.It adopts PROGRAMMABLE CODEC as its telecom IC type.Designed to work with the supply current of 88mA, it provides designers with a great deal of flexibility.The ProSLIC? series is capable of providing a number of similar functions to the W series.
