SI4133-D-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 28 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.8GHz is available.
