SI4761-A42-AM Overview

For convenience, RF Receiver is included in the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.Tray is the package of RF transmitter and receiver format.RF Receivers such as this have a 1.2V~3.6V supply.Ideally, the temperature should not be higher than 85°C.Temperatures higher than -40°C should be used for operation.This device achieves excellent efficiency at frequencies of 64MHz~108MHz.
