The Strip method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 170MHz Max. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL works with 2.25V~2.75V 2.97V~3.63V supply voltage provided. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA.
