Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 333.33MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~3.63V.
