As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 1028MHz can be produced. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
