SI5332AD08828-GM2R Overview

Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input.
