The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
