Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Providing a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
