It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
