A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
