As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
