In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
