Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
