Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 333.33MHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. This is a clock generator compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock Generator.
