As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V.
