In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.63V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Generator.
