This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 333.33MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.63V.
