SI5332B-D-AM2R Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 40 terminations.
