This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 333.33MHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C TA, which is -40°C~85°C TA. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Generator.
