As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. As part of the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An upper frequency limit of 333.33MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C TA.
