This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An up to 333.33MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.63V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C TA should be set. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here.
