As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal.
