As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 200MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 1.71V~3.63V available for use with this clock PLL.
