This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 44 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
