The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An upper frequency limit of 333.33MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer.
