This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 333.33MHz is available. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.63V.
