It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
