SI5332DD08839-GM2R Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal.
