In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 333.33MHz is available. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V.
