As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
