In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V.
