SI5335D-B09010-GMR Overview

As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
