A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
