The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
