As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 24 terminations found in the file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied.
