The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
