SI5335A-B06340-GM Overview

Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
