SI5335D-B03047-GMR Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V.
