This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
