As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
