As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
