SI5335A-B08812-GMR Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V.
