In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
