As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V.
