As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
