As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
