The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
