The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
