As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
