Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
