Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
