This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V.
